Michael leads the Private Equity and Transaction Services Practices, serving a diverse group of clients, including private equity funds, commercial banks, investment banks, and mezzanine lenders. With more than 40 years of experience, Michael is a recognized expert in transaction services, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, assisting both public and private companies with financing transactions and private placements. Michael graduated from Baruch College of the City College of New York (now City University of New York) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He did post-graduate work at New York University Stern School of Business.
