Kristijan is a Croatian Certified Auditor, Accountant, Tax Advisor, Evaluator and Court Expert in Finance.
His specialization is optimizing the tax positions of domestic and foreign companies from different industries. Kristijan is the author of books: "How to prepare for Tax Administration's inspection", "What managers must know about finances", "How to pay less tax", "Leasing in practice" and several articles on Mergers & Acquisition, Leasing and Due Diligence.
He has spent his career in several international auditing companies working in audit and tax advisory. He has been active in audit, tax and accounting advisory since 1998. During his career, Kristijan audited companies from various sectors. Other than auditing, Kristijan was involved in various Due Diligence and M&A consultations and evaluations of companies.
As director of an international audit company in Croatia, he was responsible for audit in Croatia, as well as for running, establishing and developing audit offices in Serbia.
Kristijan holds lectures at the Croatian Institute of Finance on the subject of taxes. He is fluent in Croatian, German and English in both spoken and written form.
Kristijan is currently taking exams in order to be awarded with the ACCA Certificate (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in UK.
