Bianca is familar with local employment legislations and compliance, and manages international client portfolio, focused on researching and implementing cutting-edge solutions to ensure Mazars’ services remain relevant and optimal in today’s digital world.

She is also involved in a broad spectrum of payroll and HR services, including preparation and submission of monthly payroll reports, government claims, employment agreements, employee handbooks, benefits administration, annual income tax filing and tax clearance for foreign employees.
