Serge Principe, CPA auditor, is a partner of Mazars in Canada. Also leader of services to private companies, Serge oversees audit, due diligence, transactional services and corporate finance engagements.

As a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and also of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) and of British Columbia (CPABC), the extent of his contribution has led him to get involved with matters in Québec and more broadly in Canada. Career Profile

Chartered Professional Accountant since 1990, Serge joined the firm in 1988 and became partner in 1999, member of the management committee in 2012 and managing partner from 2014 to 2020.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial auditing, Serge has gained an expertise with a clientele that stands out in the manufacturing, services, distribution and industrial and commercial construction sectors.
