Bharat Dhawan is the Managing Partner of Mazars in India. He is a part of the firm’s management board and responsible for driving Mazars growth in India. He is a specialist in devising the strategies and plans to better position and advance enterprises both for better results for today and to establish a sustainable future.

Bharat works closely with firm’s partners and ensures that connect with clients is maintained on a personal level, creating holistic solutions for their sustainable growth. With over 20 years of professional experience, he also leads the firm’s corporate finance function, by bringing in his expertise in mergers/ acquisitions/ divestitures, in addition to acquisition integration and financing strategies.
