Andris Jaunzemis AOS Partner

Andris is a partner in Latvia and leads the country’s accounting and outsourcing service line. Andris specialises in providing outsourcing solutions to a range of Latvian and international clients, including accounting, tax, management reporting, payroll outsourcing, company secretarial, and budgeting and forecasting services, as well as interim finance resource support.

With over 20 years’ experience in the consulting and industry sectors, Andris has held several senior roles and delivered finance and tax projects for small and medium-sized enterprises, privately owned businesses and listed corporations. He has extensive experience in accounting, tax, financial management, organisation design, business process improvement, performance reporting, IT, and project and change management.

Andris is a certified tax consultant with a master’s degree in finance.

Fluent in Latvian and English, Andris also has a good understanding of Russian and German.
