To mirror the success of the French Spring 2006 in Turkey, the French and Turkish presidents have decided to organise a Turkish cultural season in France between July 2009 and March 2010.
This season will precede “Istanbul European Capital of Culture “ in 2010. It is aimed at stimulating cooperation between the two countries and creating a favourable environment for cultural and economic exchanges. Mazars, an international, integrated and independent group specialising in audit, advisory and both fiscal and legal accounting services, is very pleased to be one of the partners of the Turkish Season in France.
Close to the culture of the countries in which it is present, Mazars, with its 10,500 staff and through a direct presence in 55 countries, accompanies large international businesses as well as SMEs in their development by offering complete and adapted services.
Mazars has been present in Turkey for 10 years with offices in Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and Bursa.
Throughout the world, Mazars wants to make its contribution as a socially aware business: through respect of diversity; through several years of patronage of heritage and long term commitment; through participation in debates which contribute to change and through supporting reciprocal economic exchanges.
The structure of the Turkish Season in France is based on three chapters, “cultural”, “debate” and “economic” which reflects the numerous and sustained commitments of our international organisation.
The Turkish Season in France (July 2009 – March 2010) is organised:
For Turkey: by the Foreign Affairs ministry and the ministry for Culture and Tourism and is being implemented by IKSV (Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts).
