Patrick de Cambourg recognised by Accounting Today

Mazars President and CEO Patrick de Cambourg featured as one of the 100 Most Influential People by American magazine, Accounting Today.

The combination between Mazars and Weiser has not gone unnoticed in the United States, as shown by the inclusion of Patrick de Cambourg in Accounting Today’s Top 100 Most Influential People (September 2010 issue). This publication has been the leading news vehicle in the accounting profession for the past 22 years and their annual list comprises the top thought leaders and change-makers who are instrumental in rewriting the rules of accounting.

Patrick de Cambourg has been featured alongside luminaries such as Mary Schapiro, President of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), IFAC President Robert Bunting, and even......Barack Obama.

The magazine says: “With his tie-up with Top 100 Firm Weiser earlier this year, de Cambourg is bringing Mazars’ unique global structure to the U.S. in a big way. With its integrated partnership, the firm offers and intriguing alternative to the ways most firms operate internationally”.

This is indeed great recognition for Mazars’ unique business model and the Group’s strategic direction since its inception.
