Group Executive Board

The Group Executive Board (GEB) is in charge of the Group's management.

The Group Executive Board is appointed as follows:

  • The Partners in General Meeting elect the President and Chief Executive of the Mazars Organisation.
  • The Partners in General Meeting then elect the other members of the Group Executive Board on the basis of a proposal from the elected President.

The current GEB was elected (reelected for Antonion Bover and Hilton Saven) by the CARL Conference in London (Dec. 2011) and will be in office until the end of 2012.

The current members of the Group Executive Board are:

Philippe Castagnac
CEO of the Group, he chairs the Group Executive Board. Managing Partner of Mazars in France

Antonio Bover
Co-CEO of the Group, Head of GBU LAW and Managing Partner of Mazars in Spain

Hervé Hélias
Co-CEO of the Group and Head of GBU PIE

Hilton Saven
Co-CEO of the Group and Managing Partner of Mazars in South Africa

Phil Verity
Co-CEO of the Group and Head of GBU OMB

Victor Wahba
Co-CEO of the Group and responsible for the operational ties with the United States
